Shipping policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and terms and conditons were accepted. It will include your order number, shipping method and all the information you provided during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from our warehouse in the UK, USA and Jamaica. We also ship our goods to over 100 countries including military bases and APO addresses as well freight forwarders.
We encourage customers in the Caribbean islands and South/Central America to get a USA freight forwarding address as it’s the fastest and most economical way to receive your packages.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
* DPD local UK : delivery time 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are posted on Mondays.
* Global Express: delivery time 2 to 3 business days. Premium option. Please note that order processing may take up to 14 business day.
* USPS USA - delivery time 4 to6 business days. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days.
* Royal Mail Uk delivery time 3-5 business days. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business day.
* UPS international express – delivery time 2 to 4 business days. This method is our preferred method when shipping wholesale quantity from UK warehouse to the rest of the world. Due to customs clearance and other transport-related situations it may delay to 14 business days.
